Addressing Urban Issues in National Climate Change Policies

This policy document is addressed primarily to decision-makers and stakeholders in the Global South engaged in developing national climate change policies. It seeks to help those teams to address a relatively narrow topic in the context of those policies: how their countries should deal with climate change in urban areas, and to empower local authorities as key actors in that effort.
