Emerging Priorities in Benin

The National Strategy to Strengthen Human Resources and Skills to Advance Green, Low Emission and Climate Resilient Development will include a number of selected Priority Action to strengthen individual skills and institutional capacities. Priority sectors for action that were agreed upon in the Strategy development process include agriculture, water, energy, forestry, health and coastal management.
