This workshop aims to validate Malawi’s National Strategy to Strengthen Human Resources and Skills to Advance Green, Low Emission and Climate Resilient Development. The Strategy has been developed through a multi-stakeholder and multi-sectoral process at the country level as part of a UN CC:Learn Project on Strengthening Human Resources and Skills to Address Climate Change in 2011-2013
