This One UN side-event takes place in the margins of the 18th Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), 26 November to 7 December 2012. The event showcases experiences with building national capacity and strengthening skills development for Technology Needs Assessments (TNAs), Technology Action Plans (TAPs) and Nationally Appropriate Mitigation Action (NAMAs) in developing countries through south-south learning and international cooperation.
